The income guidelines for these apartments are as follows:

50% IFA HOME Units

Monthly rent: $716*

Annual income must be no more than:

- $34,150 for a 1 person household

- $39,000 for a 2 person household

Households greater than 2 persons would not qualify for a 1 bedroom apartment.

60% City HOME Units

Monthly rent: $765*

Annual income must be no more than:

- $40,980 for a 1 person household

- $46,800 for a 2 person household

Households greater than 2 persons would not qualify for a 1 bedroom apartment.

80% IFA HOME Units

Monthly rent: $696-$763*

Annual income must be no more than:

- $54,600 for a 1 person household

- $62,400 for a 2 person household

Households greater than 2 persons would not qualify for a 1 bedroom apartment.

The waitlist for income restricted apartments is currently closed.

​

We accept rental assistance, such as Section 8 vouchers, on our income restricted apartments.
